Joint Ownership Membership or Account

This form will allow you to open a joint membership or additional checking account with Brightview Federal Credit Union. An initial deposit of $5.00 is due before a savings is opened. A savings must be opened in order to open a checking account. No deposit is required for the checking account. A Brightview representative will reach out to you with more instructions.
