Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) Pilot Program

Deposit checks from anywhere—securely, easily, and at no cost.

Brightview Federal Credit Union’s Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) makes depositing checks easier. Once approved, you can deposit eligible checks using the Brightview mobile app simply by taking photos of the check and submitting your deposit.

There is no cost to use RDC. Approval is required before the service can be activated.

Cost: There is no cost to use Remote Deposit Capture.

Deposit Limits: Deposit limits apply and may be adjusted based on account activity, risk factors, or other circumstances.

Deposit Review: RDC deposits are subject to review and Brightview’s applicable funds availability requirements.

Individual Approval: RDC is approved on an individual basis, not by membership. Each person who wants to use RDC must apply and be approved separately.

Access: RDC access may be restricted, suspended, or revoked at Brightview’s discretion.

 

Eligibility

To be considered for RDC, an applicant must:

  • Be a Brightview member in good standing for at least 90 days.
  • Have current contact information, including an email address and mobile phone number.
  • Be enrolled in, or willing to enroll in, Brightview Online Banking and use the Brightview mobile app.
  • Have a satisfactory account history, including no current delinquency, recent excessive NSF activity, or excessive returned items.
  • Meet Brightview’s RDC eligibility and risk requirements.

 


How to Join

  1. Apply Online: Complete the secure application form below.

  2. Wait for Review: Our team will review your eligibility and reach out if more information is needed.

  3. Acknowledge & Activate: If approved, you’ll receive an RDC Acknowledgment Form to sign before activation.

  4. Start Depositing: Once activated, you can deposit checks directly through the Brightview mobile app.

 


Additional Information

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. If approved, you will be contacted with next steps. You may reapply in the future if circumstances change. All participants agree to Brightview’s RDC terms and understand that participation may be modified or discontinued at Brightview’s discretion.
